We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that websites are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing custom WordPress themes from scratch based on client requirements and design mockups.
- Developing custom WordPress plugins to add new features and functionalities to websites.
- Modifying existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Integrating third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites. - Optimizing WordPress websites for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues with WordPress websites.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Knowledge of WordPress APIs, hooks, and functions.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
